Cavity Combline (CCL)
The Cavity Combline (CCL) program is used to design inline combline filters with exact equal ripple (Chebyshev) passband response using an equal diameter round rod conductor array. CCL is menu driven with all required design parameters in a single menu. The program provides all dimensions required for fabrication and a complete analysis capability. Knowledge of network synthesis, equivalent circuits or circuit transformations is NOT required to use this program.

Cavity Combline to HFSS
Cavity Combline to HFSS is a companion program to CCL. It reads geometry data from CCL and automatically produces a fully parametric ANSYS HFSS model of the inline combline filter. The HFSS model includes a lumped port at each resonator for port tuning with EQR_OPT_MWO. The HFSS model also includes coupling screws which are not included in the CCL design.

Cavity Interdigital (CID)
The Cavity Interdigital (CID) program is used to design inline combline filters with nearly exact equal ripple (Chebyshev) passband response using an equal diameter round rod conductor array. CID is menu driven with all required design parameters in a single menu. The program provides all dimensions required for fabrication and a complete analysis capability. Knowledge of network synthesis, equivalent circuits or circuit transformations is NOT required to use this program.
Waveguide Cavity (WGC)
The Waveguide Cavity (WGC) program is used to design and realize rectangular waveguide filters with exact equal ripple (Chebyshev) passband response using vane, circular or square irises. WGC is menu driven with all required design parameters in a single menu. The program provides all dimensions required for fabrication and a complete analysis capability. Knowledge of network synthesis, equivalent circuits or circuit transformations is NOT required to use this program.
Microstrip Edge-Coupled (MEC)
The Microstrip Edge-Coupled (MEC) program is used to design and realize edge-coupled filters with exact equal ripple Chebyshev) passband response using edge-coupled or transformer I/O's. MEC is menu driven with all required design parameters in a single menu. The program provides all dimensions required for fabrication and a complete analysis capability. Knowledge of network synthesis, equivalent circuits or circuit transformations is NOT required to use this program.
